How far in advance should I book?

  • For weddings and large corporate events: 6–12 months recommended.

  • For smaller events or on‑the‑day coordination: 6–8 weeks is usually sufficient.

  • We’ve delivered a wedding with 6 weeks’ notice, so if your timeframe is tight, still get in touch.

Do you only work in Christchurch?

  • We’re based in Christchurch but travel for the right event. Contact us to discuss location and travel arrangements.

How does pricing work?

  • Every event is different, so quotes are tailored. Once we know your event size, scope and required support, we provide a clear, itemised quote with no hidden costs. Quotes remain flexible until you’re happy.

What’s the difference between full planning and on‑the‑day coordination?

  • Full planning: we’re involved from the start to include vendors, timelines, budgets and decisions.

  • On‑the‑day coordination: you’ve planned everything; we manage delivery on the day so you can be fully present.

Can you recommend vendors?

  • Yes absolutely, we work with trusted industry suppliers and will recommend vendors who suit your style and budget.
